Particularly in the area of corporate liability, multi-risk insurance, national, international and maritime transport, insurance goods, electronic equipment, motor vehicle liability, housing, labor / accident at work, life and personal injury, hunting and weapons, civil liability, recreational craft, etc.

In this area of activity, he assumes the legal department in outsourcing of insurers, being in charge of the dynamics and legal life of insurance companies and their activity, in all its aspects, both in the area of consultation or advise juridical, as in the area of pre-litigation and litigation. Provides legal support to various insurer departments, namely through the preparation of opinions, contracts, policies and other documents related to insurance and insurance business.

Disputes and Litigation

The experience acquired covers all jurisdictional orders, in particular the Civil, Labor and Administrative Courts.

Sponsorship in this area is ensured at any stage of the process. In the pre-litigation stage, through the interpellation for payment and fair composition of litigation. In the contentious phase, through the elaboration of all procedural pleadings, whit representation in court in all the acts and terms of the main proceedings and respective incidents.
